WORK WITH ME
It can be challenging to know which way to turn when navigating our options for creating and sustaining optimal health. Many of us are used to sharing a list of symptoms with our doctor and being given diagnoses, treatments, and pills in return.
Taking your health into your own hands can feel intimidating. I am here to listen, to ask questions that you’ve likely never been asked before, and help you discover which modalities may be the best fit for you—whether through my offerings or via the support of someone else.
Going with My Gut
NOW AVAILABLE
In this memoir of healing, Carrie shares her journey of exploring alternative therapies, medicine, and nutrition to treat—and ultimately recover from—the mystery illnesses that afflicted her for years. After experimenting with various treatments, she finds a solution to heal her immune system and her chronic gut problems. In Going With My Gut, she offers research-based tools and practices to empower anyone suffering from mystery symptoms to take their own path to wellness.

CACAO HOUSE & HEALING STUDIO
My new studio is now open and I’m excited to offer collaborative events with holistic practitioners in the Sarasota community. Many of my circles are grounded in the “medicine” of ceremonial cacao to bring us into our heart-space and what follows is up to all of us! Sound healing, somatic movement, vocal activations, creative arts… the sky’s the limit.
I offer the harmonious duo of cacao and breathwork regularly. However, I’m always looking for others to share their gifts and talents. Please reach out to me if you have something you would like to bring to the studio so that we can discern if a co-creation is a good fit.

“Even over the phone, I can feel Carrie "right in the room with me," completely connecting and understanding… As a person, Carrie is wise, kind, and experienced!”

“Reframing my situation so that it focused on the positive was huge. Lyme disease taught me one of the greatest lessons of my life, and it allowed me to become curious about what I could learn and change to make my life better, rather than be defeated by my symptoms.”
